Bufkit Forecasts
Introduction
BUFKIT is a forecast profile visualization and analysis tool kit developed by the
staff at the National Weather Service (NWS) office in Buffalo and the Warning Decision
Training Branch (WDTB) in Norman, OK. BUFKIT is used in the public, private, and
educational meteorological sectors in both the US and Canada. BUFKIT is available
to anyone who is interested in the analysis of forecast hourly profiles.

Forecast soundings for the Carolinas and the surrounding region
To download the file for a particular station, right click on the station ID, highlight "Save Target As". and place the file in the appropriate
directory. Note that Internet Explorer is preferred since Netscape users may have difficulties.
